The rustic bench is made of paulownia wood and has been stained black to make it incredibly timeless and versatile. Use it in your hallway, bathroom, bedroom or as extra seating at the dining table. Also great as practical storage space for baskets. Wood softens your home décor, and any room in your home will benefit from the natural elegance that this bench provides. The wood is unlacquered.

Over time, the bench might start to show traces of typical wear and tear in the shape of spots and marks in darker or lighter shades. This, however, is a natural part of the design. Can carry up to 100 kg.

Lovely stool. The finish is a little too rough though

I bought this stool for my bathroom and I love it; the shape, height and size. I can style it and still have space to rest my towel on or perch on. The only thing I would say is disappointing is that, whilst I love rustic, the finish on the wood is too rough and course to touch. Clothes and fibre from fabrics such as towels easily get caught on it and stuck on it (not easy to pick off). I considered sending it back for that but everything else about it was exactly what I wanted so I kept it. I can live with it but may decide to sand and dye it. Smooth the wood out a little more and it would have been a perfect 5 stars. Other than that I love it! Oh and it was packaged nicely too!

Lovely simple bench

I love this bench, very simple and could go anywhere...i bought it for my bathroom but it has ended up in our lounge as it is so nice! Easy and fast delivery from Rhool, very happy.

Beautiful bench

The bench was exactly what I was looking for. Good quality & design and perfect size for my dressing table. I added a sheepskin rug as I wanted that look, but it was also helpful as the surface is a little rough, but that is definitely in keeping with the design of the bench.
